Construction—All steel welded construction with a high strength composite bed. Rollers are made from heavy duty steel tube which is machined to a fine tolerance then polished. For a easy operation heavy duty star wheels are used throughout driven by a gear.
Adjustment—Toggle bars are fitted to both sides of the top roller bearings and are able to control the top roller accurately for precision work.
Supplied with Press Table
Maintenance—None (bearings are pre-packed with grease and are capable of many years normal service.) Metal surfaces need to be protected in damp environment.

Printing bed thickness—6 mm/ 0.24”
Diameter of star wheel—127 cm/ 50” Supplied with one 100% woven blanket 4 mm thickness and stand.
