Cornelissen Historical Inks, French Sepia

I bought this in-store and browsed all the "historic inks" by Cornelissen and explained to the staff that I need waterproof ink as I'd be putting wet washes of watercolor on top of it. The chart the store says this ink is "water resistant" unlike certain colors which I do not need that say "water proof" and I pointed that out but the staff said they're the same & guaranteed the ink when dry would withstand bleeding. Alas, I come home and it is not water proof nor resistant, it just bleeds with my watercolours so I cant use it for my original needs. Quite frustrating but in any case, it's fine as a drawing ink.
