Ready to use binder containing Gum Arabic and Ox Gall, for easy grinding of translucent water-colours with artists' pigments. Dilute with water. Dries to a wipe resistant film, but remains water-soluble. Combine 1:2 dry pigment and binder using a palette knife. Shake before use.
